Everyone born under the blue sky shall be equal before the law and courts and shall be entitled to have his or her interests, rights, and freedoms protected by independent and impartial courts.
The courts are a guarantee of a democratic law-governed state. If a secure legal system is not set up, no society can become fairly competitive or promote development and prosperity fully.
The primary goal of the judiciary is to protect the rights, freedoms and lawful interests of individuals and to develop a law-governed state. |
