STRUCTURE AND ORGANIZATION OF THE SUPREME COURT

 ADMINISTRATION OFFICE STRUCTURE OF THE SUPREME COURT

Organizational structure, staffing and rules of the Supreme Court Administrative Department are approved by the General Council of Courts. The Administrative Department is in charge of the management of the day to day activities of courts and has duty to provide the conditions for the normal operations of the courts, including preparation and organization of courts sessions, handling of petitions in conformity with established procedures, providing justices with laws and regulations and other necessary information, compilation of statistics, conducting studies on judicial research, organizing trainings and managing the budget and accounting.
